Cheese Breadsticks

Origin: Italy
Breadsticks are straw like sticks of crispy, dry bread. Many believe that the first appearance of breadsticks happened around the 14th century BCE in the city of Turin and the surrounding Italian countryside. Today they're common all around the world, and wether its  to give a crunch to a dinner roll basket or to dip into creme fraiche, they're delicate, crunchy and this version is, well, cheesy and crumbly.
Here's a quick and easy recipe that you can have ready in just under 20 minutes.

Cheese breadsticks (Yield 2 dozen long breasticks)
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup shredded cheese
4 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoong garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 teaspoons milk

-Place on an ungreased baking sheet and cook at 190C for 8 to 10 minutes.
