Cheese puffs

I was giving my job for done with the blog today and then Tommy accused me of being a little too lazy. He's right. Given that I've been away for a month and havent quite made up for lost time since I'm back, I should be giving you something more than just scrambled eggs... So... back to the kitchen. Sweet or savory.. that is the question... Mmm open pantry, fridge... too much sweet going on already.... ok then lets go for something cheesy!
Cheese, cheese, cheese puffs! Yeah. Here we go... get an egg and lets crack it!


Cheese puffs 
(Makes 15 puffs)

Ingredientes:
-1 egg
-1/4 cup of water
-1/4 cup of flour
-20 grs of butter
-4 tsps cheese
-salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 200 C and grease a baking sheet
-Put water and butter to boil in a small saucepan over medium heat
-When it boils remove from heat and add all flour at once, mixing vigourously with a wooden spoon to form a dough
-Beat the eggs and add it in two o three times, mixing well to form a shiny smooth dough
-Drop spoonfulls of dough onto baking sheet and set a couple of cm apart for them to rise
-Bake in oven for 8' then drop down the oven temperature to 180C and cook for 7-8 more minutes or until puffed and golden
 -Eat warm with a cold beer
