This time of the year, peaches are the thing to buy. On friday I bought 2 kg of peaches so today I was kinda pressed into making something with them. I decided to try a peach version of an apple streusel cake I havent baked in a while. It didnt dissapoint. Its a super easy cake that can be prepped in a very short time and bake while you get dressed to take it to a dinner party or tea with friends. Served warm with a scoop of icecream, its pretty close to heaven, but if you want to eat it cold and w/o the ass-cream, no worries, its still pretty close to perfection. Lets just go to the recipe then, shall we?
